Update on Harun Yahya lecture:
-Biotech Auditorium is reserved for the 7th of April
- Harun Yahya crew is comming on April 2nd
- Need to reschedule Biotech Auditorium
Maybe we can have the lecture on the 2nd and call that part of IAW?
We will discuss this on MOnday insha Allah

Also: BBQ UPDATE
- We have Sunday April 6th reserved, but that day is the finale for EZ Conference in NJ and most of us are going there.
- UZair: we need to reschedule the reservation to the 13th of April, is that possible?

AlsoII: Reservations for Rooms in Union have been done, as well as rooms in CII. The only thing which needs change is – We need to reserve Thursday as well for Tables in the union – Contact Jean

April 6^th – Sunday

Kickoff BBQ:

“Arabic BBQ”

• Host: Tamer El Khattab – will provide more information

• Kabob, kofta
• Amazing conversation – Photo on website
• Mango juice
• Desert: kuskus
• Imam Djafer – ask for Tent
• Music concern: Nasheeds
• Uzair – Warren hall Field reservation (emailed Uzair.. waiting response)

April 7^th Monday

• Scarves for Solidarity – Fishtank
  • Host: Farihah & Saadia and others
• Speaker at night : Saadia contact Tauhira for that

 

April 8^th Tuesday

• Scarves for Solidarity Dinner – Location? –

  • Time: 6pm-8pm (Email Sent: request reservation from 5pm-9pm)

April 9^th Wednesday

  • Post Jummah Discussion – who, where – In Basement of Armory

    • Invite after Jummah to stay and discuss with us
      • Share other sabbath experiences

April 12^th Saturday: 10am-4am

• Interfaith Retreat – Grafton Lake – Student based retreat
  • Imam Djafer – Ask him - Owais
  • Transportation – individual cars
    • Maybe Arsalan
  • Invite (Coordinate with them) other faiths to talk to us about their retreat experiences
    • It will help us to bring them
    • Ask them to bring 5 members atleast

      • 20 minutes every faith

      • Wrap up IAW
